The amount of effort and time Gaby put into walking me through the process of buying a house was unbelievable. From the first day we met, she took the time to walk me through the “big picture” which was scary and exciting at the same time especially because, as a first-time buyer I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example.) Gaby was always available to provide me with accurate information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to her. She was always available to show me a property and for the most part we were always the first ones to see a new listing (thanks to her many years of experience and familiarity with other realtors in the industry.) Never did I felt pressured by her to buy a property but she wisely and truthfully always informed me of my bidding possibilities and limitations (she kept me grounded and in my budget.) She always was honest with me as well (which I so appreciated, for example, “this house will need a lot of repairs, it will raise your budget”). She also knew how to negotiate on paper what I couldn’t even express verbally at times. In the matter of 2 weeks we decided to buy our dream home. This is no easy task but McCall was up for the challenge right away.
