We used Jason to sell our home as well as buy our new one. In selling our home, we knew the timing was in our favor with market conditions. Jason took extra steps to ensure that we had a successful experience. He hired an amazing photographer that took pictures that really made our listing standout. I hadn’t seen photos like that before in a listing. That was one example of the extra touch he provided with his service. As a result, we had 12 showings in first 5 days and had 2 offers submitted. He was very knowledgeable in what he does and knows what he is talking about. He was on top of finding new listings and sending them over to us as soon as they hit the market. He would drop what he was doing so we could go see them and make sure we had the chance to put an offer in if we wanted. He talked to us about concerns about some homes and what it would be like to own them and really helped us in the process of buying our first home. We became very picky while searching for a home. We searched for over 2 months and must have seen 30 homes all over Utah county. Jason was never pushy with trying to get us in a home, he just kept taking us to different houses. He would even answer questions late at night if I found a home I wanted to see. It couldn't have always been easy, we have 3 young children. Once we found the house we wanted he explained everything in a easy way to help us understand all the realtor lingo.
