It is extremely difficult to find a realtor who is knowledgeable, professional, and has mad negotiation skills. Ben possesses all three of these skills. We have used Ben on six transactions, both buying and selling, including transactions out of state. This is our 5th house that we have purchased and was the easiest and most comfortable process by far. Emanuel did so much work to make sure we understood the property, alternatives, pros and cons, whether the price made sense and was fair. McKell is the type of agent who is relentless and will fight for you to get the home you want. She listed and sold my current home and helped us buy a home all within a month’s time. We made 2 offers on homes in Highland with a contingency of selling my current home, but because the market is crazy right now, those homes got snatched within a couple days by someone without a contingency offer. So we decided to hurry and list my home. Within 2 days of deciding this, she had her whole team of agent out at my house photographing, posting social media clips, and professionally photographed with drone footage. My home got over 10,000 views in under 2 days. My home got 3-4 full price offers in under two weeks on market in February where the market is usually stagnant. She hosted 2 open houses for it and another agent in her office hosted a third. My home sold so fast for full asking price (which McKell sent multiple comparisons showing us what was fair for our area in Vineyard). Consulting with her I always felt she was honest and would only advise things she would actually do herself. She laid all the information out there for us to know and make the best informed decisions. As far as buying a house with her—the 3rd house we offered on, McKell called and communicated with the homeowner who was also the listing agent. She checked in with him multiple times per day in the few days we went back and forth and offered. She helped us make a fair offer, and her office even had their broker call and confirm our financial situation and that we could make it a fast close of 3 weeks. The listing agent/homeowner said it was because of McKell that we got this home. She worked to make sure we got it too by knowing all the different methods- we ended up using a clause (can’t remember what it’s called) where we would agree to be the highest offer up to $50,000 above asking. I didn’t know about this, but it helped a ton because we heard there was another full price offer without that. We ended up getting the house for full listing price and didn’t have to pay anything above it—which is kind of crazy in this Utah housing market. All in all—McKell is an expert at what she does. And she will bring her entire team to get the job done FAST and SMOOTH. She is also chill. She’s a mom, so she doesn’t give off weird dirty car salesman vibes. I think she was a college volleyball player too. She’s just down to earth, friendly and funny. But she won’t stop working until she gets it done for you (I even texted her way too late a few nights asking questions, and she was always responsive)! She even facetimed me to give updates as soon as she’d hear back on offers, which I really appreciated so I knew I was a priority to her.
