Deciding to sell our home of 20 years that we built to raise our kids in was an emotional situation that Kendall handled with the utmost grace and professionalism. Michelle did a fantastic job helping us sell 2 houses and got us into our current house. We were really worried about selling our house in Bountiful, due to the fact it was across from a car dealership, and the house sat between some condos and some apartments. However Michelle went to work and got us a great deal. We actually ended up with an offer much higher than our asking price. We also had a home in Roy Utah, that she sold for us. If i could leave Sommer 100/10 stars i would. As an out-of-state buyer from California Sommer made this experience such a wonderful breeze. We were not familiar with the state of Utah and Sommer took the time to listen to all of our concerns, needs and overall necessities we required to make a move of this caliber to work. She never once rushed us to make a decision or pressured us into one property or the other. She was very honest, efficient and kind she made us feel like family. We had a fantastic experience working with Spencer and his team (Dana!) during our home search and buying process. From start to finish they were responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and fun to work with. Due to work schedules we had sporadic availability to see houses but they were incredibly flexible and always made time for us to see houses. Spencer's insight into the current market was incredibly accurate, which allowed us to know when we could take time to consider houses, or when an offer likely needed to be in ASAP.
