Originally from Southern California. Moved to Utah about 13 years ago before it was cool. Met my wife, Abigail 7 years ago and we have 2 kids now. Daughter Charlotte who was born on New Years Eve and our son, Henry who was also born in December. (We really didn't think that through). The gym and lifting have been a big part of my life for the last 10 years and recently, added running, pickleball and chess as annoying parts of my personality! My family likes to travel and some of our favorite places we've been are Newport Beach and Rome. Looking to add Japan onto the list next year!
